Hi,
I have a problem with video format posts. The featured image that should automatically be taken from a video doesn’t show up as thumbnail elsewhere on the site.

The video is correctly embedded in the post itself but the thumbnail/featured image does not appear in blocks and modules: http://imgur.com/a/vRcpc
What I have already tried:
– disabled all plugins except visual composer
– accessed site with different browsers
– accessed site from different devices
– flush cache
– created a dummy site from scratch and the problem was still there
(note: I am not using CDN)
I tried using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and it seems to have fixed the issue for the posts already published, but the problem still remains if I try and publish a new video format post, the thumbnails does not show up in any module/block elsewhere on site.
Any suggestions?

Please ensure you have disabled all the active plugins except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected…these problems might be caused by some plugins which interfere with lazy load feature from our theme. Please try to disable this featured from Theme panel, ensure you have the latest update installed and check if your problem is still there. -> http://screencast.com/t/fryXLc1pVz3Q
