For a cycling club the theme Newspaper6 will fitt. However i wonder how ‘long’ the custom blocks (like block 1, block 2 etc.) will work. If we build the site it is for several years so if for example the block will be not working in next release i can better look for Visual Composer plug-in or some other default plugin. That will be availible for more years.

Since it launched the theme until now, our updates have not affected the structure of the blocks and also was not eliminated any block but also new ones were added in the theme. You can stay assured that in future updates will not change this part with blocks. Practically the blocks/modules occupy an important part of the theme.

Now I use one license already for local news site (winterswijk.org) Now when i want to use it on cycle-club site as well must i buy license again i guess. It works as a copy in my develop area but i don’t want to abuse the license. Is there a discount to give or must i buy second one for full price?

Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB. In your case, it’s about two different domains and you have to buy our theme again. Unfortunately, there is no discount for your second buying.
