Hi,
After going through the documentation that describes how to import your logo for no-retina and retina screens I have still failed to gain a retina quality header logo for my site. I followed all of the instructions. I believe I am using style 11 so the non retina was suppose to be 500 pixels and the retina 1000. Yet it is still not of retina quality.
Could you help me finally achieve a retina logo?

I have got my site almost to the level where I can release it, however I have a few major issues that I will discuss here with you.
I can’t add screenshots so its going to be a little bit harder but I’ll just go into more detail. You’ll see my mention “I first noticed this when I uploaded the demo” I say this because I uploaded 2 of the demos and after seeing these below issues I uninstalled and started to build from scratch hoping that would avoid the below. It has not so here are my issues I am facing preventing me from releasing my site. Thank you for your time looking and helping.
1) So as I mentioned above, I have followed all of your instructions and my logo is still not retina quality as you will notice visiting the site. I have tried many different ways to get this to work following your instructions and trying to get round it with some tweaks but nothing has working so far. This is of huge importance to me releasing my site that the logo is super clear.
2) MAJOR ISSUE: I first noticed this when I uploaded the demo content, I have no thumbnails of my featured images displayed. (You will see when you visit the site) Please note all of my “thumbs on modules & blocks” are clicked on however the featured image IS displaying in the Mega menu.
3) MAJOR ISSUE: I first noticed this when I uploaded the demo content (video one) that when I post a video, if you click on to the post the video only displays on the left hand side of the screen in a box even though I am using style 10.
4) If you see the widgetised sidebar you’ll notice it is looking very bland. I see the thumbnail for the post is not being displayed. I know it will look better once it is displayed. The category/tag cloud section is very bland, will there be any added design when the above is fixed.
5)I first noticed this when I uploaded the demo If you see my mega menu you’ll notice that when you hover the mouse over ‘Evolve’ in the menu it only displays ‘all’ in the mega menu. When you hover over sport & fitness it does not register. Could you please help me fix this.
These are the issues I need to be fixed so my site can go live along. My design right now is very simple however after some weeks I will make it more complex at one point eventually looking like your newspaper demo site.

Hello Josh,
I have removed your login information from your post as this is a public forum. IT seems ALL your problems are caused by a plugin incompatibility. Once I disabled all your plugins except visual composer all the issues were fixed. (retina logo works, thumbs now show up, video displays properly, mega menu works) Please try to find the plugins that cause these issues and remove/replace them as they are creating conflicts. Not all plugins work with our theme. This is the case with every premium theme out there. Next time you see any issue that does not appear on our official demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ then plugins are the number one reason, then comes server configuration and customization.
Unfortunately the category tags on the homepage cannot be customized. You can assign a color for the category tag but it will only display on the post itself.
