1. I want to reduce space between block 18 (with one article) and block 15.
2. I would like to reduce the space between categorie and header at style 12,
3 And reduce the space between date, author and the aricle
4. i would like to change the white colour of background at homepage inside articles category and all pages.
i want to be same with BACKGROUND COLOR at general theme colour

1) If you want to remove the space between these blocks (18->15), you have to use a bit of CSS. Please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

2)I have checked you website and I saw you have a crumb-container without breadcrumbs. Below I gave you a CSS code and I decrease the margin-bottom of this container and the result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/DMWuxsZEHkAP

You can try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css and see how it works, of course adjust it like you wish:

margin-top: 0;
}

margin-top: 0;
}
