Right now, I am using the mega menu and it can only create sub menu items through “Posts”. I currently have a page that I would like to show up as a subcategory (I have already tried using the Menu option in WP but it takes up the entire bottom row of the menu). Is there a workaround? Or if I create a post, can I re-link the subcategory to my page? I didn’t use a post to create the page because it does not have the same customizable blocks as a page.

If you se a page in the mega-menu, then it will take up all of the space. You can maybe use a redirect plugin so you can redirect the sub-category to that particular page. Or if you do not want to use a plugin you can set-up htaccess redirects od your own: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-creating-redirects-in-wordpress/
