Background ad doesnt show the "hand"

Background ad isnt working as “hot spot”. The click works but it shows the regular pointer insted of the hand hot spot.

A client asked for this feature, so I’m asking you if this possible.

the background ad is not a link (),
when you click on the background image ad there is a javascrispt code that handles the click event.
