Unfortunately, these kinds of elements have been designed to work as expected only for full-width layout, without sidebar. If you want to use them with sidebar the layout will be broken, as you can notice on your website. I have tested on my side the Big Grid 8 and nor this will not work as expected because the feature image will be cropped if you are using a sidebar. I recommend using these Visual Composer elements only on full-width for a better results.
