I am unable to understand this problem is due to wordpress.org or the theme

wordpress version 4.4.1
Every where I am getting this problem like in adding new plugins,updating wordpress,rss connection with wordpress.
even I am unable to embed youtube videos check one of my post in my site
direct youtube links comes no embed.
here are errors I came across:

“any youtube link” fail to embed
Now main thing is wordpress is unable to connect to wordpress.org
So,please help me.
Your host may have been blocked by wordpress.org, or perhaps the WordPress.org site was temporarily down.
Note that the theme has no control over things like installing plugins from WordPress.org, or loading a YouTube video in your post page.
It’s possible your web host might have been having issues, updating DNS, etc.
See if problem persists.
a) switch back to default theme
b) check with your web host
