Could you kindly advise what should I do or what is the javascript code to insert so that all the web events and page can be track?

If I wanted to use a different google analytics code to the one already on the site, would adding the new one in the box overwrite the old one?

The theme will display only the code that you have entered in the specific field and not anything else. Since you have changed the code with another one, the theme will display the latest ad as well.
