How to hide a post (category) from the main page?

Hi,

So I want to hide all Press Releases post (its a category) from the main page. Ive added ‘-6’ to the filters but its still appears on the news feed.

What should i do?

The theme use the default feeds system built in with WordPress and does not have any options for it. To remove some posts being displayed in feeds you can look for a plugin with a similar functionality. Unfortunately I can’t make any recommendation in this regard as we didn’t tested any of those plugins.
If this is not what you mean please provide more details.
