I just noticed that the header menu is hiding under the top menu if I scroll down the page and then scroll back up again. The header menu becomes visible again only on a page refresh or on a menu selection.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer and instal only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule our the plugins in conflict.
