Error on install demo

Hi There

I have been struggling to install demo after updating to version 6.6.4. It doesn’t link through but a “preview” button works except for “install”.

Please advice

Hello,
Please try to update your theme to the latest version (6.6.5) and then try to install the demo again.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi Bogdan,

No luck, i have update my theme with 6.6.5 but still no luck.
Please advice, my site has been offline since yesterday.

Hi,

Do you get an error? I believe it happens due to a server configuration, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if it still doesn’t work please contact your host provider and let him know about this, maybe you have a firewall that blocks external resources import. Also please make sure you have permission for upload folder, you can try to upload an image to media library to check this.
If you still cannot manage to install the demo, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look. please also provide a link to this topic.
