Hello Andrii,
Unfortunately, our theme -Newspaper- does not have such quick option to set the borders as shown in Newsmag. You have to add them manually using some CSS code. Please notice that is not a simple task and implies custom work. If you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for your because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
