Download limit of theme

I love this theme so much because the you often enhance and debug this product so there are total 24 updated version issued on themeforest and I think you will working hard continuously to improve this product.

Everytime when I found a new update, I downloaded both the “All File and full documentation version” and “WordPress installable version”

When I try to download on last update, themeforest told me that the download limit was exceed and I cannot download any update version of this theme anymore. I inform the support team of themeforest to explain my case because I don’t know the rule about the download limit for total 50 times. They solve my case and extend my download limit.

I agree with the first rule of maximum of 20 times in a 24hr period but I wonder that if your still keep on update and enhance your product over 50 version, how your customers get further download?

You can download a file a maximum of 20 times in a 24 hour period, and a total of 50 times ever. You have now reached your download limit.

Also note that Envato recommends against the use of download managers to download your purchased files from the Marketplace.

I’ll make an exception in this case and provide you with more downloads. However, after the download limit has been reached this time, we will not be able to provide you with any additional downloads for the item.

Hey Jack,

Envato Support decides on a case by case basis on increasing your download limit. I have already increased your limit on this item, however, once your second limit has been reached, we won’t be able to increase it again.
