If you want to change your slider pagination with a bigger one and change the colors, please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS
The code is ->

If is not what you mean and if you want to have just like into your example, please try to find some plugins with this functionality and see how it works for you. Please notice that is not a simple task and this implies custom work. If you are not aware with the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this custom pagination for your slider because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
