I hire a developer to do some work and suddenly the mobile responsive option is not working anymore. Not sure if it’s called retina ready. What I mean is that now, to see my website on mobile, one needs to zoom in and out, right and left, with finger. Before, it was mobile responsive and you just needed to scroll down.
How can I restore it? Can I do it myself or can you give instructions to give him as he hasn’t fixed it.

Unfortunately, If you have hired a freelancer or developer that have broken your website, please contact him to resolve the issue. I have no idea what kind of changes has done in this regard and why your mobile version does not work properly because our theme by default, as you can see in our demo works perfectly. Maybe this problem is coming from your untested plugins wich can interfere with our theme. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme.
