In order to change as you wish, I suggest you creating another thumnail using API method. For more information about how to do this, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_thumbadd/ This is the best solution for this. Please notice that after this, you have to do some additional customizations for a good design. We cannot recommend changing the sizes of the thumbnails by using CSS code because it is not a simple task and could cause some layouts spoiled.
