Problem in disable time of more article box

The disable time option for More Article box applies only after the user chose to close that window: http://screencast.com/t/v854rx8m
I am not sure at what filter are you referring as the theme does not have a filter to order the post in ascending order so please provide more details about this so I can inspect it closer.

Hi Andrei,

I know very well that after closing the window it should deactivate for a user for the time period i.e. given in disable time option. But my issue is that after closing that window it again appears and i have activated disable time of 1 day.
And the ordering problem is that if I am setting display articles from categories in more article setting area its showing articles random order, mostly in ascending order. Please look after it.

I’ve tested a post from your site and the more article box does not show up after it’s closed once:
http://screencast.com/t/WwdobzTYMy I am not sure why the box appear again on your side but you can try to clear the cache memory, also deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again.
Also you can try to make a new local install on your computer, with the latest version of WordPress, the current version of the theme available on themeforest, V 2.3.5, Visual Composer plugin and test again.
The theme don’t have any sort order filters for posts displayed in more article box. If you chose to display posts from same category, the display order will be random. To change the display order you have to edit the td_more_article_box.php file and add this parameters like here: http://screencast.com/t/5vwNrQuRZnM
