Theme License Not Valid but i Had Purchased it.

Hello All and Staff,

I want to ask something about license,
i just bought Newspaper Theme on 7 Feb, and i got Envato License Code etc.
but when i try to activate theme, it said Invalid Key, i had try both Auto and Manual Activate.
To whom i must contact and verify my license and else??

Hello Sylvia,

It should work with the purchase code because you can access the forum through this code. Indeed, I have checked you purchase code and appear to be invalid, strange. More details were provided by my colleague Lucian via email.
