Block 4 not working on homepage sidebar.

For some reason the [tagDiv] Block 4 widget is not working in our sidebar on the home page. Ever place else it works fine.

You can see it at uweekly.com on the right as “Promotions”

can you try to disable all plugins and try again, could be a conflict between the plugins and the theme.

please not that disabling all the plugins is the first thing that we will try.
I see that you have a plugin for socials at the bottom of your site.
do you think this will be a problem?
