I want to remove the word “NO COMMENTS” on the bottom of the post page.

If you want to remove the comments altogether, they can be deactivated from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/47dkBZhBD
We know about this problem and we are trying to find a better implementation for comments when are disabled, until then please try this solution:
Make a backup of your current comments.php file -> http://screencast.com/t/01T9vxoNa and then replace the code with this one – http://pastebin.com/e7wy2ham
