Trying to show most popular posts, but one is missing…

On my main home page of my website, I’m using a block that’s supposed to show my five most-viewed posts on my website. While it’s mostly working correctly, for some reason it’s not registering the #1 most-viewed posts. So instead of “Popular” showing the posts that rank 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th in terms of views, it’s showing the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th.

I can’t even fathom why this is happening. All of my little analytics widgets on my homepage recognize that the post that’s missing is the most-viewed post. In the block’s settings (I’m using “Big Grid 4” by the way) I have it set so that it should be referring to Jetpack’s statistics for my most-viewed posts. Until recently, this had been working fine and it had been showing the correct posts, but now the actual #1 most-viewed posts is missing. There’s a widget in my sidebar on my pages that is supposed to display my most-viewed posts and my actual most-viewed post is missing from there too.

Here is the actual post that’s not showing up in any of the blocks and widgets. I’ve been going crazy trying to get this to work. I’ve tried using Newsmag’s built-in option for displaying the most popular posts, but that never worked for me. The only options that had ever worked for me were most popular of all time (which I don’t want to use) and Jetpack’s option, which is the one I want to use.

Hi

Please make sure that you didn’t set any offset in block’s settings where it suppose to show the most popular articles, also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
Let us know how it goes and if you still can’t manage to solve this provide wp-access so we can have a look and send us your wp admin credentials via email at contact@tagdiv.com and include a link to this tread into your message.

Thanks!

@andrei_luca, can you be more clear about what you need me to provide? Is wp-access a file? And where can I find it? As for my login credentials, do you mean what I input to login into the backend of my WordPress site?

I tried clearing the cache (the caching plugin I’m using gave me a 504 error when I tried to delete the plugin’s cache so I just went and cleared my computer’s cache and cookies) and made sure the blocks weren’t offset, and they’re not.

Hello DaneOLeary,

Yes, the wp-admin means your login information wich contain your user and password wich are required to enter in your page set up, into your account (backend). Please send us an email with this information at contact@tagdiv.com so we can further inspect the problem and your page setup.

Thank you for the message!
