I want to edit Smart list 6’s PHP file to show ads on two different place but I am unable to find the php file for smart lists. Can you please tell me which PHP file is of Smart List 6?
Also, Is there any other way to change ad placement in Smart lists because I don’t want to edit PHP files every time I update the theme.

There are 2 ways of adding ads inside a smartlist. One is the php method where you can use a do_shortcode function and add it inside one of these files: http://screencast.com/t/RAU3ZEudH
Or you can use the visual composer shortcode from an ad box and place the ad directly inside the smartlist content for example this shortcode will grab the ad from the custom ad 1 spot:
[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1" spot_title="Advertisment"]
You just place it in text mode inside the content.
