Hello,
For the icons, the problem is generated by cdn. You can find a solution here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/
As for the menu disappearance, there could be a plugin conflict so please disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear cache/reset cdn.
