Make sure you have open graph tags setup.
Note facebook does not always grab image, no matter what you do.

Hi
Best way to generate the open graph tags is to use a SEO plugin. We recommend SEO by Yoast plugin as it’s one of the best plugin in this regard and works fine with the theme.
