how to change the height of top bar menu. i am using default settings now. i am using newspaper default theme settings.

Hi,
I assume you are using header style 1 otherwise this code will not work and you will have to exemplify the header style you use.
Try it like so:
.td-header-sp-top-menu{
line-height:48px!important
}
.td-header-sp-top-widget{
line-height: 48px!important;
}
