Where can I find the Block settings in which I can change the block title. I have installed the newspaper default demo, but can’t figure out how to change the block titles. There is no such option in visual composer. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
Normally the block settings can be accessed either when adding a new element (they will appear onscreen automatically) or by clicking the little pencil shaped icon: http://screencast.com/t/j3thQj8Yr
