how can i do that? i want to disable header ads for one or a few posts not at all.

Hi,
The theme doesn’t have an option to disable header ad on specific posts or pages, you will need to alter the code and create a condition there – http://screencast.com/t/eqzm9zrGx and specify where you wnat to block it using is_single function – https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_single/
