Hello Nadine,

I have checked you website and saw your YouTube video it is not correctly fitted. I have tested this URL video on my side and the video format it is displayed correctly as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/PxI8osb4 I suspect this issue happens due interference between your untested plugins used by you and our theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Try this advice and let me know if your problem is still there after this.
