Hi,
On my site, On the social counter, I have the RSS subscription thing, but it shows subscribers for mysite/feed. how do I change the link from tryhealthier.com/feed to show subscriptions from http://feeds.feedburner.com/tryhealthier instead?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for RSS subscription. You can do that using a plugin with this functionality (also you can try using RSS element from Visual Composer ->http://screencast.com/t/0C24mi7Cm) and also you can hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
