the first button on the right isn’t clickable or being hovered, that’s happened only when the width is larger than 800px i guess

To exclude this case, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you because I have checked again your website on multiple browsers like Opera, Chrome, Opera, FireFox and I have not seen the sticky bar (main menu that appeared when you scroll up) as you can see in this video -> http://screencast.com/t/mX8TIyD5GSrC Please try to clear all cache and please ensure that you have enabled the sticky bar from the panel.
