If you want to add a link in your image caption, you have to use HTML tags in caption field, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ZSeEFIDY0 and the result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/IzxO4QYbJLv
The code for my example is -> Press this <a href="https://www.google.ro/" target="_blank">Google</a> link
You have to follow the same steps in order to achieve as you wish.

I dont get the target=”_blank” part. Is that the same for everyone or do I have to replace it with a value?

The target=”_blank” attribute is used when you want that your link to open in a new window. If you do not want this option, you have to simply delete this attribute from your field.
