Hi!
I’ve installed wp super cache and configured it like in the great tutorial you have on the forum.
I’ve enabled in your theme, Ajax view count and the counter works for desktop version but for mobile version it doesn’t work.
Please help me !

Hi

I am not sure why this happens but you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.

Thanks!

Hi !
Thank you very much!
With your help and this forum post i manage to resolved it.
In WP Super Cache/ Advanced tab, untick the first option: Cache hits for faster site acces.
That’s all you have to do to fix the counter in mobile version.
