Unfortunately, these kinds of comments do not come from our theme. If you want to achieve like as in your screenshot, you can do that only through plugins (Facebook comments, Google +, etc) These kinds of plugins are not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the behaviour of the theme with these plugins. Also, maybe you need custom implementation for good results. Please notice that those are untested plugins and we cannot offer support for untested plugins and also if you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
