Hello, I want to use Facebook comment system with Newspaper WordPress theme, Any tip ?
I posted something about this on the NEwsmag forum last month …. for time being use the plugin, but ideally see that thread for the moment.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for Facebook comments. The theme uses the standard comments from WordPress. If you want to have instead of this the Facebook comments you have to use a plugin with this functionality and see how it works for you (Facebook comments plugin). Please notice that this kind of plugin is not officially tested with our theme and we have no idea about the behaviour of the theme with this and also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

It’s going to be at least 8 weeks before I get back to sorting this out for our sites, as I’m building a custom CMS based on WP for our company stuff, and also trying to make sure AMP works on our news portals.
IF/When I get to this I’ll make a tutorial on how to add the code to the single template, and probably best trick is to take the FB comments code for [render here] (not actual code) and put that into the place where comments normally render.
Unless somebody beats me to it 🙂
