I have an odd problem and can’t figure it out.
Anytime I go to add a background image to a block on the homepage, the image does not center, it aligns on the top of the block.
Here is an example of the big slide block with a background color :
Can you please advise.

If you want to adjust it to centre you need some additional customization trough CSS code. For example, below I gave you an example about this -> http://screencast.com/t/RKnda1rXSgac

In the theme option panel, some options will not work ? For instance if I try to change my HEADERS BACKGROUND COLOR, it will not change ? However, if I try to change the website background color, that will work ?
So I maybe delete the theme and reinstall ?

Please notice that HEADERS BACKGROUND COLORS affect the global header for blocks like this -> http://screencast.com/t/M0rovbBD4zyp if not set values for background colors from Visual Composer. If you want to change the main color header for your site you have to change the color from this field -> http://screencast.com/t/gCMyb8cj and the result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/VhbhzIvC9e
