I’m experimenting 2 issues (Newspaper v.6.6.5) :
-Issue 1 : Slider of articles is not displaying article’s title correctly (see attached screen capture).
-Issue 2 : Side bar AdBox is not visible
Issue 1 was noticed on old Safari version as 5.05 (my customer is getting Safari 5.05 unfortunately) while
Issue 2 is also happening in Safari 5.05 and latest Firefox browser…

Can you help to fix it out?

On the latest version of firefox I could not see any issues http://screencast.com/t/F7LeVwplEQS0 neither could I find any errors on safari 9. Unfortunately I’m not sure the theme will even work properly on safari 5 as it is a very old version. I can’t provide a precise answer as none of us tested the theme on old versions of safari. Sorry. Please let your client know that the theme could not be compatible with such an old version of the browser and we recommend he updates safari to the latest version so he can benefit from the theme features.

I agree with updating Safari…Meanwhile we find out that issue one was generated by a conflict with a popup plugin that is working well on recent browser but not on oldies. I apologies for not having find it before asking for support. Sorry again.
I still not understand why side bar Ad-box is not visible on some brothers…if you’ve got any clue on where to dig??
Anyway…I more than happy with Newspaper Theme.

Hello,
Sometimes ads have compatibility issues with certain browsers. An ad could be visible on one browser but could not be visible on another one. This is best described here by one of our veteran users: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problem-displaying-ads-on-ios/
