Impossible to activate footer in Theme Panel

Hello,

I can’t activate the footer in theme panel.

I enable the parameter : SHOW FOOTER (Show or hide the footer)
I save the configurartion.
When i reload the theme panel, this parameter is disable

I already check the system status

max_execution_time 300
max_input_vars 5000
SUHOSIN Installed
suhosin.post.max_vars 5000
suhosin.request.max_vars 5000

I a in 4.4.2 of WordPress and the last version of the template

Have you a other idea ?
