Hi,
Unfortunately, your theme does not work for my magazine site, too many bugs. I will be switching to a new theme which I’m testing right now. My question is can I use this theme on my other website or I can only use it on this domain only?

Hello sid,
Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB. In your case, it’s okay if you are using the same site.
