I’ve tried just about everything to get this to work, and boy am I frustrated at this point. I followed the instructions on the update, and as soon as the TD composer activates the 500 error starts. Can’t really do anything unless that plugin works. So for now I just had to revert it back to the old version. Let me know if there are any ideas as to why the composer plugin would cause the 500 error. All other plugins were deactivated, and I even reinstalled all the wordpress files to see if there was some other error. Thanks for a response 🙂

Hi,

Sorry about that but notice that error can be caused by more factors. Try to check this guide from here -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/ Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!

I had similar problem. It was solved by changing the PHP version. The theme requires PHP version 5.6 or greater (recommended: PHP 7.0 or greater). By default my hosting account was using PHP version 5.4.
