I have changed the HOOVER LINK COLOR at the THEME PANEL -> THEME COLORS

However, I only get the link color on the WIDGET link to have this green color as the image below

But I can’t get this content title to have the HOOVER LINK COLOR (in green). Only underline is shown when I hoover on this link. Please see:

How to get the content title link to have green color as well?
