And I’m using the Zodiac Template and want to keep that.

Hi,

Like most users I’m not using Gutenberg. Please test with the classic editor as well.

Thanks!

Hello,

The only plugin I use is WP Super Cache in combination with default theme plugins. If I disable it, the counts are updated directly, but then the pages are not cached, which is required.

How can I make it update the first value on cached pages correctly as well?

Thanks!

Hello Bettina,

Thanks for your reply and this info. I feel that I close to fix my issue. Can you please tell me where I find the file tdAjaxCount.js?

Thanks!

Hi Calin,

Two additional questions to this,

How do you call the functions (on_ajax_get_views and on_ajax_update_views) via Javascript?

And is there any cache related code that busts the cache for counting the post views?

Thanks!

I have the same issue as soon as I generate the Critical CSS with the TagDiv Critical CSS generator: https://wlan.net/wlan-antennen-im-vergleich-ueberall-im-haus-schnelles-internet/

When I remove the Critical CSS, all is back to normal. I select all files except for 2 admin files for the CSS to generate, but that does not fix the icons.

Any idea how to fix this issue?

Thanks!

Hi,

I still have issues generating the Critical CSS. I can analyse the CSS and press “Generate Critical CSS” but then noting happens. When I look into the console, I see “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 () https://xxx/wp-json/tda/save_essential_css?uuid=1480a66c-687e-8488-3bc8-503931a16a05”

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks!

Meanwhile there is also the possibility to assign a Z-index in the CSS area. This allows you to move the overlaying elements into the background.

Hello,

here: https://reisebĂŒro.de/ferienwohnung/

As soon as I add a background color to the title. I think it’s a general issue that can be tested on any staging site.

Thanks

Hello Vlad,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately nothing is clear. How can I save the Ciritcal CSS?

What do you mean with “on template you have only the generate CSS”? How to save the generated CSS? What is the difference between CSS generated on pages and on templates?

Could you please exlplain all with screenshots?

Thank you!

Hello Anamaria,

Thank you for your answer. I’m scared of using Cloud Templates because of pagespeed. Currently I have 100 pagespeed for desktop and 96 for mobile and if I remember that right Cloud Templates do load much slower than the default version (especially compared to the mobile theme). Or am I wrong and the problem has been fixed in the meantime?

Thanks!

Hello Anamaria,

Thanks for the explanation and your CSS, now the Logo is displaying properly again.

I get exactly the pagespeed error you described for my footer logo. Do you know how I can add a explicit width and height for the footer logo if its SVG?

Thanks!

Hi,

I tested and its not sorting as expected. Can you please test on your end by using Cloud Template Footer – Default PRO and latest WordPress & Newspaper version with only supported plugins active?

Thanks!

Hi,

All I did was to untick “sticky” for the sidbar raw: https://prnt.sc/10lc2h5

In short:
Category Cloud Template Sidebar
Sticky on = Problem, scrolls behind footer
Sticky off = No issues

David

Hello,

In the meantime I figured out that the sticky option for the category/tag cloud template once enabled causes this. No plugin conflict, that’s tested.

I will disable the sticky option for now but thats something that needs to be fixed with the next update.

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks but removing, adding and saving the colors in the theme panel again solved my problem.

Hi Vlad,

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately you sceenshot doesn’t show me anything new. Where exactly from there can I set the active menu or active search background? I mean this: https://prnt.sc/vi5m97 and this: https://prnt.sc/vi5msk
Thanks!

David

In Theme Panel Settings (Desktop and Mobile) I set both to blue (https://prnt.sc/vhn6gt & https://prnt.sc/vhn6sp). On my Cloud Template, the mobile menu and mobile search background are both red (Template), means it doesn’t use the theme settings. But where to set this in TagDiv Composer? In CSS Settings I only find the option to set the header background color…

Hi @Calin,

From time to time I have problems that elements are hidden in the TagDiv Composer/ Cloud Templates or that I can’t show them anymore. e.g. After I had hidden the category grid for all devices yesterday, there was no possibility to show it again today, because I couldn’t see/grasp the raw anymore.

My suggestion would be to insert a small list in the TagDiv Composer Editor in the menu on the left side under the breadcrumb path. This list could contain all elements used on a Cloud Template/ TagDiv Composer Site and coud be used to select specific elements.

Thanks for considering this!

Hi @Calin,

Whohoo, that was fast. I can confirm that the problem has been solved. Thank you for updating the theme immediately 😉

David

As a temporary workaround I have now hidden the category grids from all devices and set the post offset of the loop below to 0. But this must be solved in any case, the articles in the grid have to be added to the feed.

Thanks!

Hi,

The Yoast SEO Plugin makes it possible to upload images into category descriptions as they are a huge SEO improvement: https://prnt.sc/uymubo
It is not that I would manually insert HTML code here. And basically it works without problems until the categories are defined via a TagDiv Cloud Template.

But if there is no fix for it, it has to be said that TagDiv Composer is not compatible with the Yoast SEO plugin.

Hi,

My image is an image within the category description. It differs from category to category. It is not a fixed image that I can upload as a global element in TagDiv Composer.

Any other idea how to fix it?

Thanks!

4. If your images have captions, you can’t load them into TagDiv Composer

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-load-images-from-media-libary-into-theme-panel-or-tagdiv-composer/

5. Images with captions on category descriptions show code on frontend, as soon as the categories are created with TagDiv Composer

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-category-image-caption-issue/

Has anyone found other bugs with TagDiv Composer?

I don’t want to blame the developers, but I think it is important to list all problems again, so that we get solutions with the next update and not the same theme packed with 3 more demos
