I’ve noticed the boost in revenue, as well. For those of us with multiple-page-posts, is there a way to get the featured image on every page (as opposed to just pg. 1)?

So, I deleted everything from line 43-48:
else } – the 5 lines below that.

The good news is that the correct fonts are now loading, and the page load time is significantly reduced. (shaved off over a second: 3.1s from 4.3s).
