I’ve also been trying to customize the home page at http://tdhedge.meta-morphos.es/. It still needs some adjustments. I’ve been tweaking a few CSS measurements using the Chrome developer tools. When I view the homepage in Chrome it looks OK, but when I view the page in Firefox, the top of the home page breaks apart.
Do you have any suggestions to avoid this?

Thank you

Andrei,
Thanks for your help. Could I ask a couple more questions?
What options do I have for header styling on category home page posts?
It seems that most of the blocks have the same heavy horiz. line above post photo with white title inset into the colored tab.
Is there a way to use a lighter styling on this graphic detail? I noticed on the Travel Blog layout this detail was simpler. See the attached screenshot.

Also what block would I use to include an Amazon affiliate ad in a block or widget? The copy-paste Amazon ads are in iframe format. In other themes these would display if placed in a simple WP text widget. But I can’t get that to work here. I’ve pasted the iframe code into a text block, WP text widget and the Google maps which says it can manage iframe code.

Example: <iframe style=”width:120px;height:240px;” marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ scrolling=”no” frameborder=”0″ src=”//ws-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets…..etc., </iframe>

Thanks

Hello Andrei,
There was a setting in the Revo slider that when switched prevented the slides from being up-sized. I’ve played with the page margins and think I have a layout that I’m happy with.
http://tdhedge.meta-morphos.es/

Of all the many settings included in the theme, Visual Composer, and WP, I couldn’t find the setting for the page background color! I used some CSS but would be happy to know where the setting is located. Could you point that out for me?

I like the theme so far and will soon begin to fill out the content.
Thanks for your assistance!

Andrei L.,
Thanks for your reply. Concerning the Revolution slider; I’ve used those blocks and the slides show up but the original height dimension of image and height set when the slideshow was created are ignored. How to correct this?
Is there some CSS code I can insert like ‘height:200px !important;’, that would restrain the height of slider to the height specified in Revolution slider plugin? If I can at least control the height, I can adjust, crop and create the slides to look OK in the default column width.
Thanks
