That colors is from theme color, not from category color.

We meet some issue with pagination from facebook plugin. Deactivate it and save again the permalinks and see if works the pagination. Use from Jetpack the facebook widget instead of that plugin.

Yes we know about that bug, the search doesn’t work on media library, was reported from some other clients, we will fix it ASAP in the next update.

The slides and blocks read only posts and custom posts type.
If you want you can create a posts and use a plugin that open external links(instead of post link) and set the link to a page from your site.
