I used jQuery instead of $ and then the script worked.

Under Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Mobile ads
You can also place ads with html/css code on differant places on your mobile theme website.

With this generator you can convert images/gif into ads code -> https://www.html.am/html-generators/image-code-generator.cfm

I found a solution to add extra add spots in the mobile theme.
I use the Advanced Ads plugin with the custom add placement option with the jQuery selector.

For under articles I use this selector: div.td-related-span4:nth-of-type(10)
For the homepage this: div.td_module_mob_1.td_module_wrap.td-animation-stack:nth-of-type(11)

Normally the site is way slower if I use the responsive mobile version instead of the mobile theme. So this is not the case of I use the mobile theme template builder?

Someone hacked our website. That was why the Loading… was showing above all pages.
Random articles where uploaded also.
The hacker made some changes in the core files.
We changed passwords and deleted all the malware files with Wordfence.
