Andrei thnx soo much, i am happy now but a small 1 more thing i need, when authors latest post title is 2 lines or more it moves to the next authors space i need to auto arrange the size of author blocks in that manner… if it is possible ofcourse…

You can see the latest code in http://sonsoz.com.tr i like it this way also but if we can solve that issue it will be more great…

When i mouseover an author from author block small color change to very light grey from white and if there is a title long enough for 2nd line then the title appears a bit passed the other authors box…

Hope i can explain what i mean…

3 Lines
1= Author Name
2= Post Number
3= Latest post Title by that Author (title links to that post)

The second Screenshot is what i want but at the bottom of post number instead opf web adress i want to see the Latest post by that author, is it possible?
