But the main the problem is with the color of the text and hover effect. Color of the text is still blue, not strong and there is no hover effect. How do I fix that? Please see the web page.

Bodgan, I changed the code just like you said. I changed <h3> to <span>. Now the module titles are not bold, their color has turned permanently blue and no hover effect. See the link: https://www.wentdiary.com/

I want module titles in black color, hover effect and font style of default h3 tag.

WP Super Cache is useless in terms of site speed. Use Wp Fastest Cache + Minify HTML Plugin instead.
