Can you please provide me another solution? I recently paid for another 6 months subscription of your support. I cannot accept that you leave me without any solution. Please give me a more sophisticated answer what I can do. I’m not looking for a customized solution, but it should be fine to expect some offers for workarounds or anything else.

Yes, sure I can. But my question was another: How can I edit my site’s TEMPLATE for PAGES (not the template for the posts). Because when I create a new page as you suggested above, it is not the template for all PAGES of my site..

How can I add also a name field? In Mailchimp itself the name field is part of the form.
