I suppose that you are referring to our login registration and you can set it from Theme panel, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/login-how-to-enable-user-registration/

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option and for achieving this require custom work. If you want to display more levels in the theme and you are not aware to the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
